These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Finhost (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a hosting and domain platform developed and operated by Finixia Dedecons Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. By using or accessing any of our services, including shared hosting, VPS, domains, SSL certificates, and web infrastructure, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Services Covered

Finhost provides the following services:

• Shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting

• Domain registration and DNS management

• Email hosting

• SSL certificate provisioning

• Server management and web application support

• cPanel/WHM, LiteSpeed, and other control panel tools

• Technical support and resource monitoring

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to form contracts

• Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information

• Maintain the security of your login credentials

• Accept responsibility for any activity under your account

Accounts found with false information or abuse may be suspended without prior notice.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to use our services for:

• Hosting or distributing illegal, malicious, or copyrighted content

• Spamming, phishing, or malware distribution

• Overloading servers or running resource-heavy scripts without permission

• Hosting or linking to adult or harmful content

• Violating laws or regulations applicable in India or internationally

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if you breach this clause.

4. Domains and DNS

• Domain registration is subject to availability and rules of the respective TLD registries

• You are responsible for renewing domains before expiration

• DNS propagation delays or third-party DNS failures are outside our control

• Misuse or transfer of domains may lead to immediate account action

5. Payments and Billing

• All plans are billed in INR or the currency chosen at checkout

• Services are prepaid unless otherwise stated

• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination

• No refunds are issued for domain registrations, SSL, or partial hosting terms unless otherwise agreed

You must keep billing information accurate and up to date.

6. Backups and Data Responsibility

• Finhost may offer automated backups, but you are solely responsible for your data

• We strongly advise maintaining off-site backups of your content

• We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, attacks, or your actions

7. Support Policy

• Support is provided via ticket, email, or chat

• We support hosting environment issues (DNS, cPanel, FTP, email setup)

• We do not provide support for third-party scripts, themes, or coding unless under a separate service agreement

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For violation of these Terms or applicable laws

• If payment is overdue

• If your content or traffic poses a threat to our infrastructure or users

Termination may result in data loss, and we are not liable for any resulting damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Finixia Dedecons Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of service usage

• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or maintenance

10. Service Modifications

• We may change or discontinue any aspect of the service without notice

• New features or tools added shall also be subject to these Terms

• Continued use of services after changes means you accept those changes

11. Intellectual Property

• All branding, software, code, and technology on the platform is owned by or licensed to Finixia Dedecons

• You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any part of the platform without written permission

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.

13. Privacy

• All user data is handled per our Privacy Policy

• We collect information necessary to provision and manage services

• Your data is never sold and is stored securely

14. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time

• Users will be notified via email or platform updates

• Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any revised Terms
